okay I figured it out first you need to fight snake and win then girl with the three-eyed mask then Thunder in forest and you should be able to ask the deputy and get it
I put down a comment that uh... I went too far with burning Opal, so I got rid of it. If you want, I could put it back up, it has no swears though, only Warrior cat insults, but most of the insults are multiple meaning...
