How do you have kits with Nightmare? I can't talk to them after becoming mates. Clicking on them does nothing after that. (I'm playing as a non-binary character) I thought maybe I could give them a rose or something but the roses can't be picked. What do I do?

Cottonwillow: Win her number games 3-4 times,say no playing and she'll ask to go to the beach,accept
Featherfall:Finish talking to her as a warrior and she'll ask to be mates
Breezepelt: (Only works if you're a she-cat or neutral gender) talk to her and she'll ask to be mates. (You can also take Breezepelt to the beach as an apprentice if you talk enough to her as an apprentice)
You can have kits with everyone exept for Breezepelt, unless you decide to adopt thrue the Fireclan task

Just because the rules say that medicine cats can't have kits, that doesn't mean that some medicine cats in the books and other related games have broken this rule. Leafpool is a ThunderClan medicine cat, and she had kits with a WindClan cat.

It's not a glitch. It's coded into the game on purpose. You can also just get instakills if you train enough without the easter egg.
